MOSS HOURS / Your information

One email.
No mailing list.

If you join the availability list, we use the details you submit to send one email when the MOSS HOURS Kickstarter campaign goes live. We do not pass your email to Kickstarter; the campaign itself is run on Kickstarter under its own privacy policy. The EU pricing view also records your chosen pouch count and the price version you saw. United States and Other countries interest is unpriced.

What we record

Availability request
Your email address, the country you choose (for “Another country”, also the country name you type), offer, consent, page path and campaign tags. For the EU pricing view, we also record the pouch count and displayed pricing version. United States and Other countries requests have no pouch count or price; Other countries is one general international bucket plus the optional country name you type.
Optional visit counting
Only if you choose “Allow”, we use session cookies to keep the same design during your browser session and count visits, selected offers and form opens. We record a random session identifier, the design, page path and campaign tags. If you also sign up, a one-way email hash prevents duplicate signups from inflating our comparison. These identifiers are private, pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. We do not set advertising cookies.
Abuse prevention
A one-day cryptographic hash derived from the request network address. It limits repeated submissions and is not stored with your availability request.

Why and for how long

We process the availability request based on the consent you give in the form. We retain it until the email is sent, consent is withdrawn, or 12 months have passed. Optional design-comparison records are kept for up to 90 days. Short-lived abuse-prevention records expire separately.

Visit counting is optional and separate from email signup. Before you allow it, we do not save a visit identifier or send page events. A session preference cookie remembers “No thanks” so we do not repeatedly ask. Session cookies have no persistent expiry; some browsers restore sessions when reopened.

Who handles it

The controller (the company responsible for your information) is GigaDuck OÜ, registry code 17501858, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. Privacy contact: [email protected]. Cloudflare provides the hosting, edge-function and database infrastructure. We do not add your details to an advertising audience or a general mailing list.

Your choice

Joining is optional. To stop optional visit counting, use “Privacy choices” in the website footer and choose “No thanks”. This removes the current session’s comparison records and counting cookie; your email signup stays intact. To access or delete your email information, or withdraw consent for the availability email, contact [email protected] from the address you registered with. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to your local data-protection authority.
